Return policy

All products purchased can be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery date, provided they remain unworn and undamaged. Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition with their original tags intact. Lingerie and swim products must be returned with the hygiene seal label untouched. Footwear and accessories should be returned in their original boxes and enclosed within a protective shipping box. Security tags must remain attached to the product. Certain sale items are non-returnable.
