🔄 Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery for eligible items. 

• To initiate a return: 
  • Email us at care@reemmall.ae 
  • Or submit a request via your account panel 

• Once your return is approved, a free pickup will be scheduled at your convenience. 

• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging. 

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the item passes our quality inspection. 

• Non-returnable categories include: 
  • Beauty and skincare products 
  • Lingerie 
  • Customized Items
