First floor, Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi.
🛒 Shopping & Ordering
How do I make a purchase at Curate?
Scan the QR code on any product in-store using your phone or in-store iPads to shop online.
Can I buy and take the product home immediately?
No. All purchases are made online and delivered to your address.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
We do not accept cash payments in-store or on delivery.
Can I use Tabby, Tamara, or other split payments?
Not yet, but we’re working on adding them soon.
🚚 Shipping Policy
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates.
Next day delivery for locally shipped orders
3-5 days for internationally shipped orders
Is there a delivery fee?
Local orders: AED 25
Drop-ship orders: Standard DHL rates apply.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also visit shipa.com/track / dhl.com/track
Do you offer international delivery?
Currently, we only deliver within the UAE.
🔄 Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery for eligible items.
To initiate a return:
• Email us at care@reemmall.ae
• Or submit a request via your account panel
Once your return is approved, a free pickup will be scheduled at your convenience.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the item passes our quality inspection.
Non-returnable categories include:
• Beauty and skincare products
• Lingerie
• Customized Items

Yes. All are professionally verified for authenticity and quality.
Can I reserve an item in-store?
Yes! Visit us or contact our team to place a reservation.
How do I check product availability?
